I have questioned his origins. I have tried Klaatu barada nikto". Nothing works. He will not stop. Allan Peterson As an artist, director/curator and teacher I had several concepts in mind when I began designing a site for my gallery. My goal was to create a site that is interactive and a constant work in progress, as in always fresh and not stagnant. I wanted the site to defy ordinary and be about art, education, photography, pop culture, cool stuff, current events, the exchange of concepts and ideas (intellectual debate), designs that snap, and most important....communication.

site with friends. To save on download time images are posted at a low resolution. The original images are rich in depth and color. This site is dedicated to those who were my teachers...and still are. Lantz 2010 |

| ABOUT |
My philosophy is rather simple, I believe the arts are universally important because they help us to live and remember. Robert Hughes nailed it with, "Learning to see is as important as learning to read, and reading is not the property of one class. With regard to my images, I feel compelled to absorb as many parts of the world as possible, and then re- interpret what I discover in visual language. Words, philosophy, history, a keen sense of humor, and imagination that flies beyond the stars, are essential to my work. I have participated in sixty-seven exhibitions, and four retrospectives, in the United States, Europe and Canada.
